- A customer complaint about service received or product shall be referred to store sales manager or CEO.
- Negative reviews on service or products will be handled by store sales manger promptly professionally and polite.
- If a product you would like to purchase is temporarily out of stock you may use the chat with us app and we will communicate a time frame for when product should be available.
- All products are made in house and are usually restocked in a timing fashion.
- Please take into consideration holidays and weekends may affect the production of product.
